AT&T Donates 200 Backpacks at Bud Billiken Parade

Giving backpacks to Chicago students who headed back to school, AT&T its employees again proudly supported the Bud Billiken Parade.  The parade is recognized by the City of Chicago as the oldest and largest African-American parade in the country.

AT&T Cool Down and Recharge Lounge included a branded ice cream truck, and a place for guests to charge their phones, play games, and cool down from the heat

Throughout the day, the company distributed more than 200 backpacks to Chicago schoolchildren.
